With over 40 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Chef Kenny has worked across a wide range of roles, from fine dining to quick service, and from baker to bartender. Having been with the Chiles Group since 2019, Chef Kenny brings a deep understanding of all aspects of the service industry and our farm market.

After attending the Culinary Institute of America, he owned and operated a restaurant and inn in Brooklyn, NY for many years. He later moved to Florida and was a Chef de Partie at Sandbar Seafood & Spirits doing weddings and special events. He now finds inspiration in working at Gamble Creek Farms, where the seasonal produce serves as an ever-changing source of creativity. Passionate about both culinary creation and customer satisfaction, Chef Kenny loves how the farm feels like an extension of a chef’s garden, constantly offering fresh, unique, and flavorful ingredients to work with. This connection to the land and the produce it yields makes his job fulfilling every day.
